Plumbing Supervisor Jenkins Plumbing Company Jenkins Plumbing Company, LC is seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Supervisor to lead residential plumbing operations and support field teams. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and support plumbing crews on residential job sites to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
- Review plans, specifications, and job scopes to ensure proper installation and compliance
- Monitor daily operations including job progress, staffing, and material usage
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company expectations
- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and skill development
- Coordinate with project managers, budget coordinators, and office staff to maintain workflow and resolve issues
- Conduct quality control checks and address deficiencies or rework needs
- Maintain accountability for tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Qualifications - Plumbing experience preferred; leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Willing to train the right candidate with strong leadership skills and a desire to learn
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Dependable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
