Essential Duties: 

The Construction Supervisor is an expert Plumber who leads, motivates, monitors, and supervises a team of Plumbers to ensure they produce quality work. This position also provides technical guidance regarding the inspection, installation, maintenance, modification, and repair of all aspects of plumbing systems and equipment. Oversees all aspects in the field pertaining to each job; from start to finish 

• Compiles a materials list at the start-up of each job 
• Follows-up with the Lead of each job daily at assigned jobsites to answer inquiries and ensure worksite is running efficiently 
• Ensures worksite cleanliness, organization, and safety 
• Addresses employee performance when corrective actions are necessary 
• Communicates logistics to GC (general contractor) and internal office  
• Ensures all testing at worksites are completed to prevent issues down the line 
• Perform related duties as assigned by CEO 
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures  
• Respond to emergencies in an appropriate and timely manner 
• Participate in pre-construction plan reviews, meetings and inspections 
• Enforce safety regulations to ensure compliance in providing a safe environment for staff 
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Has demonstrated success as an entrepreneurial, high energy, driven, hands-on leader. Possess expertise in selecting, training, developing, coaching, mentoring, and retaining a highly motivated workforce 
• Able to plan, schedule, and organize tasks related to the job to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers 
• Must have SST 62 Hour, F60 and G60, Limited/Full Gas certifications 
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service 
• Able to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, civility, and a high degree of ethics in all job-related actions 
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
